Job Summary:
Scheduling Equipment, all services & lubrication for the Logistic Readiness Center (LRC) West Point Academy Vehicle Maintenance Program using GCSS Army. File Service Packets IAW with ARIMS Army Filing System. Open and Close all service related work orders in GCSS-Army or Manually when G-Army is down. Clerical work as directed by Management. Back up for Production Control Clerks when needed and is authorized by management.
Job Responsibilities:
Schedules vehicles for servicing, lubrication or repairs based on date of last lubrication/Service and mileage travelled, hours or urgency of repairs for all equipment maintained on the LRC density.
Provides Service Schedules as required. Compiles a Service list and send to the appropriate agency as required. Follow up with the customer if their equipment becomes delinquent by way of email. On the third attempt, CC email to Government QA personnel and your supervisor or manager.
You will be expected to be 100% accurate on all service lists that you compile and send out. You must follow GCSS-Army Servicing requirements and equipment servicing schedules.
Contacts maintenance team to verify availability of facilities and notifies the appropriate agency to deliver specified vehicles and maintains a file of requests for services.
Compile Reports- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly
Be prepared for Audits/ Inspections at all times.
Update/Maintain Continuity book for your areas of responsibility.
Must have a STRONG Customer Service background.
Must know the contents or where to find the contents of all regulations/ servicing requirements and policies for conducting business in your area of responsibilities.
Back up for General Clerks – answer phones and cover the window when needed.
Minimum Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have superb Customer Service/Relations
Ability to follow oral and written directions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point & Excel
Must be Certified in Equipment Parts Specialist and Maintenance Supervisor in GCSS Army
Must be a US Citizen with ability to pass a background and drug test prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 Years’ experience in The Army Maintenance Management Program MOS 92A
