Overview
Nakuuruq is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in the Northern Capital Region (NCR) in support of a program supporting the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR).
Responsibilities
Organize files and other written communications.
Schedule and monitor staff calendars.
Takes meeting notes and prepares correspondence for signature.
Makes travel arrangements and prepare travel vouchers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree or a Bachelor’s of Art (BA) or Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in a relevant field.
2-4 years of experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Must be able to pass an HHS Public Trust background check.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
