Job Summary:

Nakuuruq is seeking an Invoice Clerk to work in the Northern Capital Region (NCR) in support of a program supporting the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR).


Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and consolidate information in preparation for invoices.

  • Provide support to management staff and contracts staff as requested.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree and in the process of completing a Bachelor’s of Art (BA) or Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in a relevant field.

  • 0-2 years of experience.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Must be able to pass an HHS Public Trust background check.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
