Job Summary:
The Business management analyst will provide services to coordinate projects more efficiently and develop structured procedures. This individual will be responsible for managing schedules, conducting research, analyzing data, and assisting in organizational and office processes. Business management analysts identify issues and ways to generate better results by gathering data from a range of sources. This position will require the ability to develop and maintain schedules, conduct searches for information and solutions, compile data into a clear and presentable format, make preliminary analysis of data, and recommend new organizational changes to improve business processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop project and office schedules.
Make recommendations and develop memoranda to support The Office of Management Strategy and Solutions (M|SS).
Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditures, and employment reports.
Develop solutions or alternative practices.
Recommend new procedures or organizational change.
Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports.
Confer with managers to ensure changes are working.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to work properly with classified and unclassified data.
Ability to develop written correspondences/reports.
Proven ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SharePoint, etc.).
Have a solid understanding of standard business/financial terms and concepts.
Experience establishing milestones, tracking the status of work, and keeping personnel informed of progress.
Active Secret Clearance.
