Special Security Office (SSO)/ Security Specialist Level I

Job Summary:

Akima Data Management is currently seeking a Special Security to join the team and his responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Job Responsibilities:

• SCI or DIA-sponsored SSO Administration Course.

• Knowledge of SSO requirements from applicable manuals, regulations, policies, and instructions.

• SCI access procedures, e-Qip, JPAS, and Scattered Castles use and management.

• Support Program COMSEC account; ensure accountability of Crypto material, key, and key-loading equipment.

• Administer the receipt, control, and accountability of SCI.

• Strong customer service skills; able to handle questions, complaints, and requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.

• One (1) year of experience.

• Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $70,000 to $77, 251.20 – The salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, work experience, and their ability to meet the known requirements of the position as determined at the time of hire. Job location will also be a factor in determining the salary offered.
