Job Summary:
Akima Intra-Data is seeking a Chief Facility Engineer to help with facility operations in St. Louis MO.
Job Responsibilities:
The Chief Facility Engineer is responsible for the overall management and operation of the mechanical, life safety, electrical, and plumbing operations.
The CFE is a full-time, on-site position.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
The CFE must be a licensed and registered Professional Engineer and possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as a CFE in facilitiessimilar tothe size, scope andcomplexity of the N2W and its associated grounds.
Experience with LEED Certified Office Buildings in excess of 500K square feet
Experience with monitoring and implementing energy conservation measures.
Experience Installing “Green” energy projects with a drive to become carbon neutral.
Experience operating in a CMMS system. Experience in ARCHIBUS a plus.
Experience with State-of-the-Art Building Management systems.
Experience withOperating, Replacing, and Repairing all sizes of chillers, power generators, pumps, motors, air handlers, HVAC units, and UPS systems.
Experience withLEED for Building Operations and Maintenace
