Job Summary:

This position will be responsible, as part of a team, for deploying, operating, and maintaining classified Microsoft Active Directory and Endpoint Configuration Manager environments. The individual will support the Project Manager and handle associated tasks in all phases of managing the project, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating system deployments and upgrades. The individual may also be tasked to support other network core service projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will participate in the daily care and feeding of ~700 servers.

  • Run daily checks.

  • Monitor for sites that are down and address issues.

  • Monitor SIPR Remedy and work any new tickets.

  • Email out the morning checks.

  • Run server checks script and work any issues.

  • Run user check script and work any issues.

  • Check the console for new apps and deploy to Production.

  • Check ACAS results and correct any issues.

  • Export the WSUS updates and burn to disk.

  • Upload new CRLs to LTMA server.

  • Maintain Production Visio Topologies.

  • Maintain Ports, Protocols, and Services Worksheets.

  • Maintain Hardware/Software List.

  • Maintain STIG Checklist.

  • Perform STIG and SCAP scans and correct any issues.

  • Submit Change Requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have 8 years of IT/applicable experience (A BS/BA can substitute for 4 years).

  • MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Active SECRET clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior DoD or USAF working environment experience a plus.

  • Capable of leading tasks involving data processing and other information management professionals who have been involved in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information and/or telecommunications systems.

  • Understanding and experience in AF-level policy and guidance for AFNetOps.

  • Experience working with external support organizations.

  • Knowledge of the following services: Active Directory/MECM.

  • Understanding and experience in AF-level policy and guidance for AFNetOps.

  • Experience working on classified systems and working with classified information.
