Job Summary:

Qivliq Federal Group is looking for an IT Service Manager to work on the Air Force Core Services Design and Integration contract at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages catalog of Air Force Enterprise IT (EIT) services, capabilities, and offerings. Leads collaboration and governance activities with HQ USAF, Air and Space Staffs, Air Combat Command, acquisitions, and operations communities.

  • Validates new and existing requirements and core measures of performance and effectiveness to certify fulfillment of expected service level commitments.

  • Guides and represents Air Force enterprise IT strategy for the various products, applications, and technologies assigned to or associated with a particular EIT Portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have 8 years of IT/applicable experience (A BS/BA can substitute for 4 years).

  • Knowledge and experience in the following areas is required:

    • Presentation and writing skills.

    • MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.

    • Coordinating meetings, teleconferences, and drafting minutes.

    • Creating schedules.

    • Briefing leaders.

  • Active SECRET clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior DoD or USAF working environment experience a plus.

  • Capable of leading tasks involving data processing and other information management professionals.

  • Understanding and experience in AF-level policy and guidance for Air Force network operations.

  • Experience working with external support organizations; i.e. AFLCMC, Program Management Office, Air Combat Command, HQ Cyber Capabilities Center.

  • Knowledge of any of the following services: Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, DRA, TMG, vESD, Skype for Business.

  • Previous experience working with enterprise networks.
