Job Summary:
Seeking Content Manger to help support a government customer within a web support project. Candidates must have experience with website design, content management, testing, and support to SharePoint and non-SharePoint web sites. The role will entail performing all aspects of front-end content tasks for Internet and Intranet web pages. The role will utilize some in-depth understanding of the capabilities of SharePoint Online including SharePoint templates, and custom web parts support in an enterprise-wide cloud-based customer environment. The role requires a disciplined candidate with experience in content management support on multiple platforms including online and SPO experience and willing to learn so minimal development software as needed to support this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to resolve content management ServiceNow ticket requests levels 1,2, and 3.
Knowledge of various web and mobile platforms web with an understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Dreamweaver.
Analyze, diagnose, and update existing content as requested by internal and external end users.
Identify emerging enterprise standards and practices for content management and web site
Excellent organizational skills to support and oversee the implementation and completion of multiple content requests in parallel.
Identify proper solutions that meet or exceed requirements. Maintain project standards as required.
Perform quality assurance as necessary and meet project deliverable deadlines as defined in the PWS.
Collaborate with SharePoint team to ensure proper governance and content development, in accordance with client site management requests.
Troubleshoot SharePoint and other platform content problems with the support of the SPO development and architect teams.
Provide content expertise and assistance as needed to assist development and analyst personnel in solving website content issues.
Work with user communities to fully exploit web content functionality that demonstrates best practices and exceeds customers’ expectations.
Help develop, maintain, and design content for assigned community and web users.
Use industry standards and best practices to provide guidance and advice to user communities regarding how their needs may be met via Web Services.
Work within a team as needed to troubleshoot and resolve web content support tickets
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of web content support experience, which should include 2 years in a client-facing role.
Possess 3 or more years of advanced web technology experience, including, but not limited Bootstrap, CSS, UIUX, HTML, JavaScript, XML, and 3 years of intermediate knowledge of SharePoint Online hub sites.
3 years of advance experience with designing and developing Web sites using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
2 years of intermediate knowledge of SPO.
2 years of intermediate knowledge of graphic design using Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
Experience with Service Now is highly desired.
One for the following DoD IAT Level II certifications, CCNA-Security, CySA , CSA , GICSP, GSEC, Security CE, CND, and SSCP (mandatory no exceptions).
US Citizen, DoD Secret clearance required.
Desired Qualifications:
Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS).
An understanding of the Software Design Lifecycle (SDLC).
SharePoint Online experience.
2 years intermediate skill with Adobe Cloud
2 years web content development software.
