C5I Engineering Development, Integration, and Support Services (CEDISS) for the design, development, integration, testing, and operational evaluation of new C5I and electronic systems as well as modifications and technology refreshment or upgrades to existing C5I and related electronic systems.​

Job Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will manage multiple tasks and projects for the U.S. Coast Guard providing technical oversight of the design, development, integration, testing, and operational evaluation of new C5I and electronic systems as well as modifications and technology refreshment or upgrades to existing C5I and related electronic systems.​

  • Manages the program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.

  • Manages the planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery. Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.

  • Responsible for managing activities of external consultants and/or vendors.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.

  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.

  • Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies.

  • Acts as the counterpart to the government program/technical manager.

  • Possesses information technology experience and experience in effectively communicating with higher echelon personnel in order to interface with all levels of management.

  • May provide expertise in the field of resolution of problems, issues or conflicts as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in the field of Business, Law Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.

  • Seven (7) years of continuous experience in the field of C4IT engineering/logistics support and/or management.

  • Seven (7) experience in a Managerial role in technical and professional services to include planning, implementing, and staffing projects or sites.

  • Seven (7) years’ experience in the Federal sector (military, civilian, contractor) managing large programs and tasks.

  • Strong knowledge of organizational planning, business process re-engineering, information management, and standard government acquisition processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet objectives driven by firm deliverable deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills; oral, written, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organization skills.

  • PMP Certification.

  • Secret clearance.
