RiverTech is seeking a skilled Program/Contract Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and logistics of a multi-faceted technical program supporting locations both CONUS and OCONUS. The selected candidate will provide overarching Program Management (PM) oversight for engineering support services, logistics, procurement of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Information Technology (IT) hardware and software, licensing, furniture, audiovisual and video teleconference equipment, installation services, and Electronic Security Systems to provide training enablers for Mission Training Complex (MTC) locations. A key aspect of the role will be the oversight and purchase of hardware and necessary licenses for enclave buildouts, including the Army’s Warfighter Simulation software, Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC). The selected candidate will lead the requirement to equip MTC locations with the training enablers needed to conduct individual and collective Mission Command (MC) training. In addition to providing contract management and daily operations support, the candidate will lead staffing, procurement and installation support services, the customer support center, and maintenance support services.

Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing to, updating, and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The IMS contains all critical tasks and milestones, including any predecessors and successors tasks and their dependencies. The IMS will cover all program activities including tasks performed by Subcontractors and other required Vendors. The selected Candidate will conduct critical path analysis of the tasks and identify problem areas and corrective actions required to eliminate or reduce schedule impacts. With the support of both a technical lead and design lead, the Program/Contract Manager will collaborate with team members and the Government for ultimate approval of technical updates prior to deployment.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in Program Management.

  • Current Project Management Professional certification preferred.

  • Experience working with a products Vendor.

  • Familiarity with Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLLCTC).

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration or related technical field
