Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs research and analysis in the development of program or project activities for one or more programs.

  • Defines program requirements, identifies interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers.

  • Develops and disseminates communications regarding the project or program status.

  • Tracks progress, adopts and provides ongoing reports to leadership/program sponsors.

  • Performs work under direct supervision.

  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

  • Ensures all program data is current, complete, and ready for submission.

  • Analyses databases to verify and track the completion of program's personnel (period of performance).

  • Develops and plans best methods for meeting operational metric requirements.

  • Participates in outside audits. May be assigned to take the lead in some cases.

  • Monitors performance of assigned contract line items (CLINs).

  • Reviews and approves all assigned personnel tracking reports verifying content and compliance.

  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and other practices set forth by senior management.

  • Submits accurate and on-time program deliverables to the customer.

  • Supports Program/Project Manager with various tasks as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficient in various computer applications (i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in finance or similar.

  • Experience with preparing, formatting, and reviewing reports of various formats.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data and government regulations.

  • Additional knowledge/skills may be required by contract or assignment.
