Overview
Responsibilities
Plans, designs, develops, redesigns or enhances, and implements various technology products, like specialty and other computer or industry equipment and systems, and enhances computer programs
Gathers and researches information to improve a product or solution
Presents information and new ideas to be implemented into new and or existing services
Applies knowledge of software and programming to develop and test computer systems and produce the necessary outcome for customers
Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
Answers user emails regarding a variety of Army related inquiries
Develops training material, organizes training sessions, and leads training sessions on using Army case management application SMS Web via in person or through Teams, when needed
Qualifications
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of military concepts
A bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience
Ability to understand and analyze functional requirements and accurately convert them to useful execution plans
Ability to analyze and synthesize collected requirements into coherent documents for planning and programming purposes
Must be able to obtain a SECRET Clearance
Posted Salary Range
$70,000 - $80,000
