The Project Manager (PM) serves as the primary point of contact for all operations on the contract for which they are assigned and has full authority to execute all service performance measures and standards identified in the contract for Lockwood Hills to meet the contract objectives. Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all operations within the contract.

  • Ensures that all staffing levels are met with qualified personnel.

  • Ensures that all work rules are followed.

  • Maintains and displays good discipline, and presents a professional appearance by conducting random, unannounced personnel and post inspections.

  • Monitors and evaluates execution of the internal Quality Control Plan.

  • Determines dispositions for minor disciplinary actions and provides recommendations to the Operations Manager for actions meriting potential suspensions or terminations.

  • Uses sound judgment to prioritize and complete assignments, some of which consist of numerous steps varying in nature and sequence.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in security, Law Enforcement, or Management related fields, and/or equivalent training and experience.

  • Five (5) years’ management experience preferably with a civilian police force, military police force, or civilian security guard organization.

  • Must have written English skills, including ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms.

  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills to support fast-paced work environment.

  • Five (5) years’ of progressively responsible general experience gained in analytical decision making and administrative work and activities at the executive management level.

  • Must be able to pass a background investigation to include criminal, credit and driving record checks. Screened pre-employment including psychological testing, honesty and integrity validation, employment verification, criminal records checks, credit checks, driver’s license check, pre-employment, and random drug screening – all to be continuously monitored and checked on an annual basis.

  • Must fully comprehend the principles of installation security and resource protection.

  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire; Lautenberg Amendment to the Gun Control Act of 1968, suitability applies.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Manager or Supervisor similar in size and scope of this contract is preferred.
