Job Summary:
Maintenance Production Supervisor is the principal assistant to the Project Manager on all matters pertaining to the maintenance production mission. Maintenance Production Supervisor will be responsible for the management of all production processes and organization of the facilities. In addition, directs the production staff and leadership to achieve a satisfactory workflow. Identifies areas for improvement and organize training opportunities for their team. Ensures the maintenance and maintenance support processes remain smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring staff. They direct, train, and assist lower-level production workers.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
Organizing, training, and educational manuals for the production team
Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
Recommend process, resource, and facility improvements to management
Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and maintaining personnel skills records
Maintaining communication between employees and management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
Ensuring the flow of materials and other resources
Production strategy development knowledge in all installed product software at the operator level and automated data processing policies and procedures as they pertain to assigned equipment, both Logistics STAMIS and Installation desktop computer, for the areas of operations which will allow the contractor to solve and/or contact appropriate technical support to resolve any problem associated with these systems
Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and shop environments and is regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs

Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of documented supervisory experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in U.S. Army material maintenance and production
Skills in verbal and written communications to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions
Ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to the customers
Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening
Ability to receive a favorable TIER 1 investigation and obtain a CAC
Valid Driver License
High School Diploma / GED
Desired Qualifications:
12 years of shop level experience as a technician and understanding of quality systems
10 years of Army maintenance and production experience
91 series U.S. Army Military Occupational Specialty Maintenance Experience
Associate Degree
