Hourly Compensation: $22.33
Job Responsibilities:
Operators operates heavy equipment such as cranes, clamshells, power shovels, motor graders, heavy loaders, carryalls, bulldozers, rollers, scrapers, and large industrial tractors with pan or scrapper attachments.
Operators use equipment to excavate, load, or move dirt, gravel, or other materials.
Operators may read and interpret grade and slope stakes and simple plans, and may grease, adjust and make emergency repairs to equipment.
Physical requirements include (but are not limited to) the ability to lift 60 pounds, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching.
Work environment includes periodic overtime, exposure to heat, dust, cold, and inclement weather conditions.

Minimum Qualifications:
4 years of heavy equipment operation experience.
Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
Valid Commercial Driver’s License.
Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation and obtain a CAC.
High School Diploma / GED.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in U.S. Army maintenance procedures
U.S. Army 88M series MOS qualification or civilian equivalent
