Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Supports the Innovative Clinical Analytics (ICA) Team.
Uses independent judgement and facilitation skills to support strategic program planning, resource management, training, and meeting support to ICA user community.
Makes recommendations to MRAT leadership for decisions on program objectives.
Manages in-person, phone, and email inquiries and guides users through processes. Coordinates all activity planning during product rollouts, including scheduling and confirming meetings, and confirming completion of scheduled pre-training tasks at local and offsite installations where products will be deployed.
Travels as needed to provide training, logistical and general onsite support during rollouts.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
3+ years of experience in customer service environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Must be US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance or have an
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
