Job Summary:
The Project Manager will lead a large volume enterprise End User Workspace support with a 24/7 service desk providing Tier I support, end user workspace installation and equipment disposition, video teleconferencing (VTC) operations, and multimedia hardware maintenance for 4,500 users, 13,336 computer accounts, and over 18,714 desktops.
Responsibilities:
The role requires a customer focused attitude that will communicate with the client on a regular basis to discuss status, priorities, and issues.
They will organize work efforts and manage a team of 20-30 contractors by coordinating the day-to-day activities, work priorities and schedule employee shift coverage. Must be experienced with IT Service Desk environment, software license management, software administration as well as IT hardware installation and equipment disposition. Report data and KPIs weekly and monthly as well as any outages or emergencies to stakeholders. Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and goals. Minimize organizational cost through product standardization and tracking.
Minimum Qualifications:
7 years management experience of 5 FTE or more; Prefer: 9 years program management experience, preferably in federal government program/project management of similar projects.
BA/BS in a related IT or STEM field of study.
Prefer Master's Degree and 10 years work experience in equivalent IT career field.
Certifications:
- IAM Level I or IAT Level II certification per AFMAN 17-1303, DoDD 8140.01, and DoDD 8570.01-M and ITIL Foundations are highly desired.
Clearance:
- An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required for consideration.
