Job Duties:
The chosen candidate will organize work efforts and manage a team of 10-15 contractors by coordinating the day-to-day activities, work priorities and schedule employee shift coverage. This is an expansive sized network at 4,500 users; 13,336 computer accounts; 37 networks; over 2,111 virtual and physical servers of various operating systems and brands. 30 petabytes of disk storage over 383 petabytes of tape storage; more than 1500 miles of network fiber; 917 distinct software titles; printers, scanners, copiers, fax machines and multi-function devices of various brands. 18 different operating systems; seven primary VTC facilities; over 70 desktop VTC devices. Cross Domain Solutions and numerous network devices ranging from switches, routers, firewalls, and crypto all in a secure environment. Will apply ITIL, Agile, Lean methodologies to facilitate valuable investments, fast development, resilient operations, assured conformance and continual improvement to co-create value with the customer.
Candidate will act as the Lead contractor conducting cybersecurity program support services and overseeing:
Software vulnerability testing
Network auditing
Cyber defense
Configuration Management
System Security Engineering and IT service management
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in a related Cybersecurity, IT or STEM field of study.
Minimum of 7 years of cybersecurity experience; 3 years management experience of 5 FTE or more; capable of troubleshooting complex cybersecurity problems independently.
Prefer experience in Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or Information Technology Services Management (ITSM).
Certification:
IAM Level I or IAT Level II certification per AFMAN 17-1303, DoDD 8140.01, and DoDD 8570.01-M
Desired Certifications: ITIL Foundations
Clearance:
- An Active Top Secret clearance with with SCI eligibility is required for consideration.
