Job Summary:

SAVA is seeking a Logistics Support, Senior to support the Stormbreaker contract in Bethesda, MD

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the client in monitoring and managing assets and logistical requirements.

  • Maintain and update policy and other guiding documents pertaining to assets and logistics.

  • Conduct data calls to track and report on assets and real property across offices and/or agencies.

  • Draft, edit, and coordinate reports, briefings, or other deliverables in

  • response to customer requirements. Topic areas could potentially cover logistics operations, supply chain management, and asset management.

  • Research and recommend systematic, integrated, practices and innovative process improvements for maintaining real property records.

  • Administer quarterly facility data and real property data calls.

  • Draft responses to Requests for Information and perform data analysis to enable leadership to address gaps and remediate audit findings.

  • Draft and coordinate with partners a monthly Portfolio Management Review presentation for the client’s activities and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI CI poly Clearance.

  • BA degree or equivalent experience and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or master's with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Minimum of 5 year working with or in the Intelligence Community.

  • Experience with oversight of IC Plant, Property, and Equipment (PPE), to include researching and recommending systemic, integrated practices and innovative process improvements to optimize logistics, supply chain, and asset management programs.

  • Ability to conduct feasibility studies, capability assessments and gap analysis to reduce programmatic redundancies and inefficiencies of IC logistics.

  • Ability to conduct other studies of specific assets and logistics-related issues on an as-needed basis.

  • Ability to assist in executing interagency working groups and program reviews. Tasks may include but are not limited to arranging meeting logistics, preparing meeting materials, and taking meeting notes.
