Job Summary:

Sava is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support the Stormbreaker Contract in Bethesda, MD.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assesses the classification and markings of classified and unclassified products-including a wide range of items such as analytic reports, IT code, budget spreadsheets, and more-in accordance with client’s policies and procedures, and security classification guides, and explains those determinations to leaders and the workforce.

  • Reviews various products to recommend approval or denial, in whole or in part, requests for public disclosure and explaining those determinations to leaders and the workforce.

  • Reviews records to determine if they can be declassified.

  • Develops and maintains records for tracking the status and adjudication of materials.

  • Plans, coordinates, and documentis the client’s classification, declassification, and prepublication determinations.

  • Develops and implementing of foreign disclosure/release intelligence policies and guidance.

  • May require office coverage from 0600 - 1900 EST Monday to Friday (as a team/not individual) to respond to customer requests for information review in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain a CI poly.

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Minimum 5 years working with or in the IC.

  • Ability to maintain and update IC Marking Systems Register and Manual.

  • Consult and coordinate with other stakeholders and organizations to ensure consistent application of public disclosure policies and procedures.

  • Familiarity with IDSCLOSE application.

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify information protection issues and problems, including those resulting from unauthorized disclosure, inadvertent release, declassification, and the collective effect of release to mitigate those issues and problems.
