Job Responsibilities:

  • Architect a highly scalable and cloud-native platform from the ground up, at a minimum offering the functionality of the agency's on-premises solution.

  • Optimize the platform components and containerize them to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.

  • Automate cloud configuration and deployment management processes to streamline and expedite the release cycle.

  • Design and implement robust options for migrating structured and unstructured data to and from the cloud environment.

  • Utilize agency- approved methodologies to deploy system and database changes to cloud environments, adhering to strict compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to identify and provision necessary components for release activities.

  • Ensure seamless integration of the platform with OpenText components and other supported cloud services.

  • Demonstrate expertise in DevSecOps and Agile methodologies throughout the project execution.

  • Provide configuration management support, conduct installation, and perform feature testing of supported cloud components.

  • Support Stage Gate Reviews and maintain technical documentation, including updating Technical Solution Documents (TSDs) and Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) artifacts.

  • Develop and submit Change Requests (CRs) and actively participate in the Change Control Board (CCB) meetings.

  • Work closely with the Project Manager and government stakeholders to prioritize and adjust work efforts to address evolving needs, including changes in release dates and maintenance scope.

  • Collaborate with the on-premises Documentum team to ensure seamless platform integration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related technical field.

  • 5 or more years of hands-on experience in cloud computing and architecture.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience working with Documentum is essential.

  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate or higher certification is required.

  • Previous experience with containerization technologies is a prerequisite.

  • Prior work or consulting experience supporting Federal Government clients is considered a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
