Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for manual and automation testing for a cloud solution.
Collaborate closely with the Documentum and Cloud teams to resolve migration and integration issues.
Configure, utilize, and manage test environments and test data effectively.
Lead the creation, evaluation, and execution of test cases and test plans for functional, system, regression, UAT, and Section 508 compliance testing.
Report defects and work closely with the technical team to facilitate timely cloud migration and customer onboarding.
Develop optimized scripts and environment configurations in accordance with established standards for creation, storage, and version control.
Participate in code reviews to ensure that test scripts support front and back-end testing.
Ensure the appropriate scheduling of test-related tasks during release and iteration planning.
Measure and report test coverage across all relevant coverage dimensions.
Actively collaborate with all agency stakeholders to clarify requirements, especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness.
Lead daily standup meetings and actively participate in story grooming sessions and team retrospectives, suggesting and implementing improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5 years of relevant experience in testing (including automation testing and manual testing).
Prior experience implementing Agile test strategies.
Experience testing software for Section 508 compliance and proficiency with related testing tools such as JAWS, WAT, and WAVE.
Experience Documentum-based interfaces is a big plus.
Solid experience with JIRA.
Prior experience with automated software testing and related tools such as Selenium WebDriver and WinRunner is a plus.
AWS certification is a plus.
Strong proficiency in writing test documentation, including Test Plans, Test Scripts, and Test Reports.
Possess excellent analytical skills with a research-oriented, problem-solving, and troubleshooting mindset.
Ability to analyze and interpret test results, providing valuable recommendations to improve the testing process.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, communication, time management, and documentation skills.
Prior experience with the HHS EPLC process is a plus.
Experience with data analysis, report creation, and query development is beneficial.
The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or a green card holder and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
