Job Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Documentum cloud migration and integration projects on the AWS platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, business units, and external vendors, to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Coordinate with federal clients, Cloud SMEs, Architects, Administrators, Developers, Testers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of Documentum applications in the AWS environment. .
Manage project budgets and resource allocation, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, facilitating effective collaboration and communication across teams.
Ensure compliance with project management best practices, as well as security and regulatory requirements for cloud projects.
Conduct project post-mortems and gather lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Work closely with the Program Manager to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, aligning them with the organization's overall cloud strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading successful cloud migration projects on the AWS platform.
Extensive experience with Documentum Content Management System, including prior involvement in Documentum cloud projects.
In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture, with experience in deploying and managing Documentum applications on AWS.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must.
Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and experience implementing security measures on AWS.
Familiarity with AWS DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IAC) concepts.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve project objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive project success.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies is a must.
Prior experience with other cloud platforms or hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
