Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Documentum cloud migration and integration projects on the AWS platform.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, business units, and external vendors, to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines.

  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Coordinate with federal clients, Cloud SMEs, Architects, Administrators, Developers, Testers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of Documentum applications in the AWS environment. .

  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, facilitating effective collaboration and communication across teams.

  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices, as well as security and regulatory requirements for cloud projects.

  • Conduct project post-mortems and gather lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

  • Work closely with the Program Manager to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, aligning them with the organization's overall cloud strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading successful cloud migration projects on the AWS platform.

  • Extensive experience with Documentum Content Management System, including prior involvement in Documentum cloud projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture, with experience in deploying and managing Documentum applications on AWS.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must.

  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and experience implementing security measures on AWS.

  • Familiarity with AWS DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IAC) concepts.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve project objectives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive project success.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies is a must.

  • Prior experience with other cloud platforms or hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
