Job Responsibilties:
Design and develop cloud-based solutions for the Documentum platform on AWS, adhering to best practices and architectural guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for cloud-based applications.
Implement and maintain Documentum integrations, customizations, and extensions in the AWS environment.
Create and optimize AWS infrastructure for the Documentum platform, including configuring EC2 instances, S3 buckets, RDS databases, VPCs, and IAM roles.
Collaborate with Cloud Administrators to ensure proper deployment, monitoring, and scaling of Documentum applications on AWS.
Work with DevOps teams to implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes for the Documentum cloud-based applications.
Ensure the security and compliance of the Documentum AWS environment, including data encryption, access controls, and security group configurations.
Develop automated test scripts and conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and performance of cloud applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Documentum and AWS, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies, AWS services, and Documentum enhancements to drive innovation and improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Developer with expertise in Documentum and AWS cloud technologies.
Strong understanding of Documentum Content Management System, including development, customization, and integration.
Proficiency in AWS cloud services, such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudFormation.
Hands-on experience with Documentum DFC, DFS, DQL, and Webtop development.
Familiarity with Documentum-based workflows, lifecycles, and permissions.
Knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience implementing security measures on AWS.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation and development tasks.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes, such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design efficient and scalable cloud solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Developer - Associate, are a plus.
Prior experience in cloud migration projects or Documentum version upgrades is beneficial.
