Job Summary:

Suvi is seeking a Program Manager to manage a cutting edge, mission critical program!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of the of various types of Software and Hardware products (such as end-user and network hardware, Government off the shelf (GOTS), Commercial off the shelf (COTS), Software as a Service (SAS) and open source/freeware software is critical to recommending, establishing, and implementing best practices and standards in the processing of these products on the SP.

  • Provide strategic recommendations and operational support, including but not limited to business process reengineering and analysis, that takes into consideration opportunities related to digital transformation, data migration, power application development, data visualization and knowledge management.

  • Provide document and correspondence preparation develop, coordinate, and publish comprehensive meeting agendas and meeting minutes. scheduling, attending SPM/SPL focused meetings, prepare SPM meeting minute documentation (with final draft submitted for GTM review prior to release to meeting attendees), and providing Briefing/Presentation development and review support.

  • Make improvement recommendations to the JSP established Business Rules and process criteria, for the handling of various types of Hardware (H/W) and/or Software (S/W) product requests, received from JSP internal and external supported customers.

  • Oversee the overall management and maintenance of the JSP SPL content to ensure an authoritative and current list to support the ability to initiate advanced pro-active planning and replacement activities for products that need to be banned and/or require replacement with approved/preferred products. Additionally, applying and maintaining JSP established product entry standards, such as product naming conventions, rationalization, and normalization efforts for new or updated data entry, to permit overall data accuracy for each SPL data transaction is critical.

  • Provide operation, management, maintenance, and continuous process improvement support for all aspects related JSP’s product/SPL management support.

  • Evaluation of how the current SPL Excel data is uploaded to the SPL SharePoint (on-premises) Website will be conducted. Recommended improvements will be made to include code customization, to permit functionality expansion and improvements.; and

  • Primary interface to the customer and oversee and manage team personnel, projects, programs, and/or tasks.

Program Management Duties:

  • Serve as the decision-maker and leader for recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, assignment, and maintenance of employees.

  • Manage all phases of the project life-cycle (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing) for globally-based programs and projects in support of multiple US government agency missions.

  • Manages financial performance of contracts with a goal of achieving the highest possible net income; working closely with project management staff to implement methods for increased efficiencies, staffing/scheduling models that will ensure program requirements are met.

  • Responsible for all deliverables and the project schedules.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required for consideration.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline; A Master's Degree is preferred. Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience are required. Also, highly desirable Cybersecurity; Quality assurance; Develops; System Admin; knowledge management; management analysis.

  • Certifications: PMP

  • Highly Desired: Scrum, CISM, Security , ITIL V4.
