Job Summary:

Suvi is seeking a SME Business Intelligence Analyst to support a cutting edge, mission critical program!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic recommendations and operational support, including but not limited to business process reengineering and analysis, that takes into consideration opportunities related to digital transformation, data migration, power application development, data visualization and knowledge management.

  • Evaluate and recommend best practices improvements to include assessing the Team’s overall product management support processes, to help address/overcome any identified technical and operational challenges to permit recommended improvements, efficiencies, and sustainment support.

  • Recommend and implement automation capabilities, e.g., digital transformation, data migration, power application development, data visualization and knowledge management consideration.

  • Understanding of the of various types of Software and Hardware products (such as end-user and network hardware, Government off the shelf (GOTS), Commercial off the shelf (COTS), Software as a Service (SAS) and open source/freeware software is critical to recommending, establishing, and implementing best practices and standards.

  • Provide operation, management, maintenance, and continuous process improvement support and provide an implementable Improvement Plan.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required for consideration.

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience are required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • ITIL V4 Certification highly desired.

  • Also, highly desirable: Knowledge in RPA, Information Systems, Business Intelligence Analysis; SharePoint Specialist; Configuration Management; Database Administration.
