Job Responsibilities:

  • The contractor shall provide a Contract Program Manager (CPM) to serve as IGD ’s single point-of-contact and shall be responsible for planning and managing all support for the project, including monitoring workflow, progress reporting to both the Government and contractor corporate management, identifying and assigning staff, budget development and tracking, coordinating technical/data processing support, and obtaining other required resources.

  • The Program Manager shall work with the IGD Division Chief and the COR to define work tasks, assign work tasks, and resolve problem areas.

  • The CPM shall ensure that proper security is maintained overall project materials in accordance with required security procedures.

  • The CPM shall perform an active quality assurance role to ensure high quality work is delivered on time and in accordance with contractual specifications.

  • The CPM shall coordinate with other internal corporate components and resources to deliver project support.

  • The CPM shall provide a Monthly Status Report to the COR by the 10th of the following month. The status report will report progress on the deliverables and services as outlined in. At the CO’s or COR’s request, a monthly status meeting may be held. In addition, the CPM shall meet as necessary with IGD to discuss progress and problems. These meetings shall enable problems to be identified and resolved quickly.

  • The contractor shall document the problems and the solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent; 10 years overall experience 3 years relevant experience in managing and successfully fostering collaborative multi-stakeholder environments while effectively and transparently managing projects’ risks, issues, project resources, scope, schedule, change management and cost.

  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in records management and technical skills, including records management systems, imaging and emerging technologies with Information Science Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 3-5 years prior relevant experience with an information management certification (i.e., Certified Information Professional (CIP) and/or Information Governance Professional (IGP)).

  • General knowledge of Government recordkeeping systems and document management environments, standards, and procedures.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical activities simultaneously, including technical related activities.

  • National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Federal records management training is desired.

  • Strong communication skills, including both written & verbal.

  • Excellent customer service skills, including ability to anticipate needs and multi-task. Strong computer skills.
