Job Summary:
Akima Facilities Operations is looking for a full time Entry Control Officer to work the 10am to 6pm shift at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM. To join our outstanding team of professionals, apply today!
This position pays $22.00 per hour plus $4.41 H&W for every hour worked.
Job Responsibilities:
Serves in the capacity of Reception Clerk for visitors to the DTRA/SCC WMD
Validates visitor’s clearance level and issues the appropriate badge for escorted or unescorted entry into the facility
Assists visitors with contacting their government points of contact
Provides directions to visitors, escorts visitors as needed
Is proficient in PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook programs and databases in order to perform the varied administration duties required by the Security Division
Is able to communicate clearly orally and in writing
Knowledge of DISS (formerly JPAS) and ability to use local databases
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Three (3) years of experience in a security customer relations position with the Government
Some basic Security training
Must have a Secret Clearance
