We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Aug member with excellent communication, customer service and time management skills to support the Product Definition Tools and Resources department 2966. The selected candidate will perform a variety of roles and responsibilities in Creo Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support of the Design Engineering community. Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant must be able to work onsite.
On any given day, the selected applicant will be asked to:
Support engineering and design staff to answer and/or resolve PTC CAD application matters.
Support engineering and design staff to answer and/or resolve PDMLink/Creo integration matters.
Test and Configure PTC CAD applications and associated libraries.
Deploy PTC CAD configurations and associated libraries.
Mentor less-experienced staff.
If you have a Medical Portable Electronic Device (MedPED), such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, drug-releasing pump, hearing aids, or diagnostic equipment and other equipment for measuring, monitoring, and recording body functions such as heartbeat and brain waves, if employed by Sub-contractor you may be required to comply with NNSA security requirements for MedPEDs.
If you have a MedPED and you are selected for an on-site interview at sub-contractor, there may be additional steps necessary to ensure compliance with NNSA security requirements prior to the interview date.
