Job Responsibilities:
The Site Lead will oversee day-to-day activities, such as scheduling of employees, information entry to government systems (GFEBS, covid report, etc..).
The site lead will also be required to attend all meeting scheduled by the government.
Site Lead will be required to track, and supply statistics and data to the PM for reports to the COR, and Akima.
The Site Lead will maintain training records for all employees, and make sure training is being accomplished on time.
The site Lead will be responsible for running the safety and quality plans established by the PM.
The site lead will report any issues with employees or government to the PM immediately.
The Site Lead will supply the PM of any employee vacations, or leave of absences, LWOP for approval.
Other assigned duties that arise by the PM.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be proficient in GFEBS.
Must be US citizen with Secret clearance.
Must have five years of Airfield operations experience with at least three as a supervisor.
